I have included examples of work that I have done with students during my student teaching experience in these pages (linked under the Artifact heading above). Each of my artifacts is connected to one of the Interstate Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (InTASC) Model Core Teaching Standards. The standards outline what each and every teacher should know and practice in order to ensure that the most is being made out of their students education. Knowing and applying these standards are important to my development as a teacher. They will help me maximize student learning by focusing on diverse learners and application of knowledge and skills. They are standards that I will be constantly striving to master throughout my career.
